Eine Krise endet, irgendwann

Es gibt keinen Weg sich selbst aufzuheitern, wenn man niedergeschlagen ist. Keinen. Denn jeder Versuch besteht im Grunde aus nichts anderem als einer Bestärkung der Hoffnung, dass doch noch alles so endet, wie man es sich wünscht. Doch dies wird nie der Fall sein.
Es gibt nur Wege, sich von der Sache zu entfernen und sie aus der Ferne im Gesamtzusammenhang zu betrachten. Dann wird einem bewusst, dass es mehr gibt als diese eine Sache und man kann sich zumindest einen Moment lang trösten, “der Abschnitt ist bald vorbei, das Leben geht weiter, steh’s durch”. Die Summe der positiven Momente im Leben wird am Ende doch überwiegen.
